… WELCOME TO MY BLOG!
–
My passion is Parkinson’s disease, yoga and life’s little adventures!
–
After my grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, I made it my goal to improve the daily lives of people affected by neurological disorders. I have a PhD in Health & Exercise Sciences (specifically, daily physical function in persons with Parkinson’s).
I am a Kripalu yoga instructor (Trinity Yoga Centre, Kelowna BC) and value yoga for its ability to improve physical and mental well-being, stress, energy and mood… in ALL people!

Here you’ll find Parkinson’s disease information, yoga inspirations and some of my daily adventures!
